Harmon Tower

The Harmon Tower was a 26-story high-rise building within the CityCenter development at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The tower was designed by Foster + Partners as a 46-story non-gaming boutique hotel that encountered significant construction defects during its construction in 2008, as such the project was halted indefinitely. In August of 2013, a decision was made which authorized the tower's demolition. Sigma Engineering Solutions was consulted by NorthStar (previously LVI) to engineer a demolition plan which began in summer of 2014 and was completed in the fall of 2015.
