Sigma provided civil engineering services for the renovation of a fifty-year-old school on an 8.1 acre site that involved HVAC, plumbing, and ADA improvements.  This project included utility design for new water connections, fire hydrants, fire protection loop, backflow preventers, and sewer connections.  The parking lot was also seal coated and re-striped.

In addition to the improvement plan set preparation, Sigma also provided project specifications and a construction cost estimate.  Coordination was required with numerous departments at the City of Las Vegas as well as the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
