Sigma provided civil engineering design services for an 8,800-seat concert venue with a 60-foot by 40-foot stage located at a hotel-casino in Clark County, Nevada.

These design services included a demolition plan, a grading and drainage plan, a utility plan, and retaining wall profiles and details.

Sigma also facilitated the approval process with the Clark County Public Works and Building Departments.

Sigma provided additional design services for approximately 410 LF of water main, stair construction details, grading plans and structural calculations for a concrete slab.  Sigma also coordinated the preparation of a State of Nevada Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
