Sigma prepared a temporary traffic signal plan during a traffic control phase for a roadway realignment project at McCarran International Airport. Sigma staff reviewed the contractor's initial plans, coordinated meetings with Clark County Public Works, and prepared and submitted plans for approval to Bechtel.
