BRIDGE | CIVIL | DEMOLITION | TRANSPORTATION

Boulder City Special Events Sign

Sigma designed a structural wall to hold a 15 foot, 7 inch x 8 foot, 6 inch light emitting diode (LED) display sign and developed the land in the project area at the northeast corner of the intersection of U.S. 93 and Nevada Way.

The proposed wall simulated the look of Hoover Dam with architectural features and added finishes that did not impair the wall’s functionality.

Sigma identified items slated for demolition such as existing signs, water features, landscaping, and concrete walls/sidewalks in addition to items that had to be protected in place or relocated such as flagpoles and electrical meters.

Sigma developed civil improvement plans including Horizontal Control Plans, Demolition Plans, and Grading Plans.

Sigma also coordinated utilities and landscaping.
